Before doing the 8-week program I had a lot of negative self-talk and limiting beliefs. I rarely, if ever, was able to take action on any plans or big ideas I had, and the ideas would just roll around in my head leading to more negative self-talk.

I have since resigned from my job and started my own business. I am incredibly focused and motivated every day. I have a plan and weekly coaching and mentoring keeps me on track! I am so grateful for discovering these tools and techniques. Literally changed my brain.
